of NOS Ducati Factory Race Forged Slipper Pistons for a 900 Bevel Twin 86.4mm. These pistons came in a batch of parts from an ex racer who had a Factory race engine purchased from Steve Wynne. The engine was of the type used by Hailwood to win the TT. The pistons are in very good & usable condition. There is some very light cosmetic rust on the end of the pins & the oil rings (from storage). Rings appear to be cast iron, as you would expect on race pistons of this age. There is also some minor discolouring of the alloy of one of the pistons (from storage). All the corrosion is minor & clearly visible in the photos. The pistons are engraved inside the skirts 86.4mm & 2/5/78 (the date I presume). These Pistons must be extremely rare items, so don't miss a part of racing history.
