Close Ratio Gear Set - Wide case

This comprises of Input Shaft and all other gears. All gears have three undercut engagement dogs for rapid and positive selection and can be used with original or Nova output shafts.

Cannot be used with Kickstarter

1st  - 2.25:1      

2nd - 1.65:1       

3rd - 1.318:1        

4th - 1.12:1           

5th - 1:1

The opportunity has been taken to improve the strength of all the gears as far as possible. The input shaft is also improved by enlarging the shoulders of either side of the gear to give more positive location. The products are all manufactured from the highest quality certified gear steel and heat treated by certified processors.
